Use this page as the front door for product questions, billing issues, and security reports. We route workspace incidents separately from marketing-site feedback.

Workspace and onboarding

If you are already a customer, sign in and use in-app support links so we can see your tenant, plan, and recent errors. That is faster than email for configuration or channel webhook problems.

Billing and waitlist access

For invoices or card updates, contact us with the email on the account. There is no self-serve 7-day trial on the marketing site today—join the waitlist for early beta invites.

Security disclosure

Send vulnerability reports to the same support channel with “security” in the subject. Please avoid public disclosure until we acknowledge receipt.
